The branch of medicine that is focused on the relief of pain in the perioperative period (i.e. before, during or after a surgical procedure) is known as Anesthesiology. The department has well-equipped operation theaters with the facilities of a central oxygen supply and PSA plant. The department provides general anesthesia and all kinds of regional anesthesia for surgeries. The department provides outdoor services as PAC and pain clinics.
The Department of Anaesthesia offers an extensive range of services by experienced personnel attending to all patients requiring Regional and general anaesthesia for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
